An accomplished visionary, marketing and sales executive with solid experience managing all levels of multiple projects including budgeting, administration and over 30 team members. Her executive and sales experience spans from professional and personal services sectors to the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, Rebeca has been and continues to be personally responsible for client satisfaction.

Rebeca is a graduate of the marketing program at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) located in Los Angeles. She joined her husband Larry to form Verde Design Group in 2021. Rebeca serves as President and CEO allowing the firm to become a certified women-owned (WBE), minority-owned (MBE) and small business enterprise (SBE).

Rebeca’s responsibilities at Verde Design Group include all aspects of business development and marketing efforts for the design firm as well as overseeing operations and financial management. Her responsibilities include spearheading website development, social media engagement, marketing strategies, overseeing proposal research, proposal preparation and tracking.

Rebeca actively participates in the San Diego Chapter of SMPS (Society of Marketing Professional Services). She previously received recognition for “Emerging Business of the Year” by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has been involved in MANA, the National Latino Women’s Association and a variety of charity work including Whispering Winds and Rise UP Industries.
