Corona del Mar Residence I

Welcome to Corona del Mar Residence I, a coastal inspired home located in the Irvine Terrace neighborhood of Corona del Mar.  The front is composed of a concrete driveway accented with beach pebbles and larger random stones leading to a patio off the home office and then leading to the front door.  The existing kidney bean shaped pool was remodeled into a lap pool with new adjacent spa off the master bedroom.  The deck off the bedroom leads to the ‘floating pool house’ and the dining area off the kitchen. Plantings are low water use and low maintenance grasses, herbs and pollinator attracting shrubs.
