Promenade Terrace – Turf Conversion for Water Rebates

Promenade Terrace is a 330-unit apartment community located in Corona in Riverside County. The property was built in 1990 with extensive landscaped open space. The owner of the property retained Verde Design Group to develop a turf conversion master plan with plant palette, low water use planting plan for replacing many of the turf areas and processing the plans to obtain generous rebates from the Water District and the Water Smart Program. Rebate is expected to be nearly $100k.
