San Juan Capistrano Residence I

This new, modern inspired landscaped home is located within the Oliva neighborhood of San Juan Capistrano. Entertaining features include lap pool with large pool deck and spa with retractable pool cover, bocce court and area for grilling. The plant palette includes a variety of low water use succulents, ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs. Paving finishes are refined, etched concrete. The focus of the courtyard is a field dug olive tree planted in a Corten steel planter.
