Westfield Mission Valley

Welcome to Westfield Mission Valley, one of San Diego’s oldest open-air regional retail centers. This commercial renovation project, with a budget of $3 million, included a major overhaul of hardscape from removing failed multi-colored micro topping and restoring existing concrete and brick paving while incorporating a modern carpet runner with (3) shades of color/granite for both on grade and structure. A new entry portal at Nordstrom Rack was created with the purpose of attracting guest and seasonal event use. Large scale precast concrete seat walls were added on structure to the older parts of the mall. Updated planting was also added to both the mall’s interior and exterior.
