Dana Point Residence

Welcome to Dana Point Residence located in the Golden Lantern neighborhood of Dana Point, CA. Fred Briggs, AIA designed this stunning home and our scope of work included providing a contemporary landscape that would visually frame the already striking architecture. Bringing together true indoor/outdoor feel while uniting the front, side and rear yards to effectively convey the inspiration of the interior designed by noted Seattle based interior designer, Terry Hunziker. The Dana Point Residence won the 2003 San Diego ASLA Merit Award.
