One Ford Road Custom Homes

Welcome to One Ford Road Custom Homes located in Newport Beach.

Two custom spec model homes to launch the custom lot enclave within the master planned community of One Ford Road. Each exquisitely designed exterior space flows from the design of the architecture. The country French home includes mature oaks, flowering deciduous trees and a variety of flowering shrubs and perennials. Spaces include unique courtyards, a lap pool and outdoor dining area.

The Spanish Colonial home continues the traditional design elements of the style. Tile patterns were custom designed. Plant material included California peppers, oaks, citrus and fig trees. Features include a formal pool, courtyards and a chef’s dream outdoor kitchen.
