La Jolla Residence I

Welcome to the La Jolla Residence located near Mount Soledad. This renovation project included the redesign of all exterior spaces while maintaining the mature Peppermint Willow trees. The design included updating this family home to more of a vacation home for family gatherings. The goal was to design a contemporary focal point shade structure that anchored the dining and grilling areas. Off the guest bedrooms is a deck and a private sunning area. Use of low water, low maintenance plantings and some pollinator friendly plants on the slope added to the eco-friendly environment.
