Torrey Ridge Renovation

Welcome to Torrey Ridge located in San Diego, CA, an apartment renovation project in collaboration with Dahlin Group. The goal was to renovate with quality to create great outside spaces starting with a refreshed and updated planting approach to the entry of the community. All new site furniture was incorporated into the various amenity spaces. The basketball court was converted to a multi-functional use court that could be used for basketball, pickleball and ping pong and included a new shaded lounge area. The two custom pool areas were updated with outdoor barbeque cooking areas while the fire lounge area received a fire table as well as soft seating and outdoor large screen tv. The children’s play area was a complete renovation adding seating areas, barbeques and a new tot lot play area. It goes without saying one of the most impressive additions was the shade structures and seating added to the perimeter trail overlooking Los Penasquitos Canyon trail system.
