One Ford Road Master Plan

Welcome to One Ford Road, a master planned 100-acre gated community located in Newport Beach, California. One Ford Road originated as a redevelopment of a commercial office complex owned by Ford Loral Defense. Inspired by a classic East coast estate, One Ford Road has (2) gate guarded entries with a series of themed gardens including a golf garden, croquet garden and water garden. The project also consists of main recreation area with HOA clubhouse with rim-flow Jr. Olympic pool, basketball court and children’s tot lot. As secondary adult pool area with fireplace provides the focal point of the main entry. Other amenities include a one-mile loop walk with sand volleyball court.

The Landscape budget for complete design exceeded $25 million and won numerous awards including: Project of the Year, National Community of the Year – Master Planned Community.
