Kathy’s extensive experience and strong work ethic make her a valuable addition to Verde Design Group, where she joined as the Office Manager in 2021. Kathy worked with Larry Sheehan for a cumulative of 10 years at Integration Design Studio. Kathy’s knowledge of the industry and her proven track record made her ideal for the role. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in both Administrative and Executive Administrative duties. She is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently.

Kathy is fueled by a results-oriented attitude and strong desire to deliver excellent customer service. She believes that honesty, mindfulness and respect for both coworkers and customers is key to success, a tenet she lives out through her own life.

While Kathy is no stranger to challenging work, she also has several hobbies. She enjoys spending much of her free time restoring old vehicles. She also enjoys deep sea fishing off the coast of the Pacific, catching marlin at Rancho Leonero in Cabo and trolling leadline for trout in Washington State.

• B.S. in Business Administration and Education from Oklahoma State University
