Checklist
To qualify, your project must meet the following:
- Lawn must be alive (not removed or dead) at the time of application
- No synthetic/artificial turf allowed in rebate program
- 3 plants or 1 tree per 100 sq ft (trees must be 15-gallon+)
- Rainwater feature required (e.g. bioswale, rain barrel, dry creek bed, etc.)
- Entire site must be mulched
- Must complete project within 180 days
- Up to 50,000 sq ft turf after ft and before rebate per year (larger projects can be phased)
