Strand Vista Park

At Verde Design Group, we pride ourselves on delivering projects on time and within budget—without compromising creativity or quality. A standout example is our work on the planned community, The Headlands in Dana Point. Strand Vista Park is the adjacent public community park providing outstanding bluff-top ocean views while providing ADA down to the beach via a funicular. Other key features include artist crafted tile mosaics of local sea life imbedded into the glass infused promenade walk.

The design for the complex coastal site was a team collaboration between the City, local community, design team and developer of the adjacent 120 lot custom home community. Strand Vista Park is an example of the level of care and accountability reflecting our commitment to efficient project delivery, strong agency coordination, and lasting community value—hallmarks we bring to every public realm project across Southern California.
