Morena Valley Multifamily is a 394-unit apartment community located in Moreno Valley in Riverside County. The owner of the property retained Verde Design Group to develop a turf conversion master plan with plant palette, low water use planting plan for replacing the turf and processing the plans to obtain generous rebates from the Water District and the Water Smart Program. Rebate is expected to be over $100k.
