Linda Vista Office — Entry Plaza Renovation

Verde Design Group collaborated closely with Mansour Architectural Corp. to transform the front façade of San Marcos’s Linda Vista Office into a welcoming and dynamic entry plaza. The project involved reimagining the underutilized entrance area to create a vibrant gathering space that enhances the visual identity of the building.

Our landscape architecture team thoughtfully combined clean hardscape lines, integrated landscaping elements, shade structures, and water-efficient planting strategies to establish a cohesive environment that balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Every design decision was made with attention to circulation flow, ADA accessibility, and long-term site resilience—ultimately delivering a polished and engaging plaza that complements the renovated office building.
