EV Station Project

Verde Design Group is serving as the Prime Consultant and Project Manager for the design of a new Electric Vehicle Charging Station for the City of Torrance Transit Bus system. Currently in full design phase, we assembled and lead a multidisciplinary team that includes surveyor, civil, electrical, structural and architectural consultants to deliver a cohesive, efficient, and forward thinking project.

Verde is overseeing the entire design process and is responsible for the site layout including vehicular and pedestrian circulation that ensure the safety of transit operations staff. Verde is actively coordinating with City staff, Southern California Edison and the selected EV charging equipment manufacturer to develop a successful and long term sustainable project that showcases the City’s investment in a highly functional, clean energy upgrade to their Transit System.
