Kyle brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in landscape architecture design to Verde Design Group. Kyle oversees the work of the firm’s project managers and technical staff for Verde Design Group’s residential development, commercial, public agency, and hospitality projects. He also oversees project scheduling, quality control and the technical competency of construction drawings. In addition, he works directly with clients during design development, project coordination, project management and construction administration of each project. He has been fortunate to be involved in hundreds of projects from single family residences; model homes; multi and single-family residential communities; retail and office properties, and apartment villages.

Kyle has extensive experience with both new construction and renovation projects. Kyle worked on 5 class A office renovations for Irvine Company Office from La Jolla to Irvine. He completed 5 apartment renovations for Decron Properties and Camden, spanning from Carlsbad to Walnut Creek.

He also is well versed in designing model home complexes throughout southern California for a variety of homebuilders including Richmond American, McMillan Homes, Ryland Homes, and several for Western Pacific Housing. His model projects spanned from Chula Vista to the inland Empire to Oxnard. Large scale projects include the master planned community Victoria Estates in Oxnard including entries, main recreation center, LMD streetscapes, and residential greens as well as the well-known Hyundai/Kia Proving Grounds in California City.

Smaller retail projects include work for Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles, Krispy Kreme and a renovation project for Brixmoor Upland Plaza.

Before joining Verde Design Group, Kyle operated his own landscape design company focusing on designing single family custom residences throughout Northern and Southern California.
