Shea is a dedicated designer and creative professional with a passion for minimalism, sustainability, and design that connects with the natural world. With a background in technology and a keen eye for aesthetics, Shea thrives in transforming concepts into visual reality. Whether it’s crafting innovative plant palettes, designing detailed Sketchup drawings, or managing plant propagation, Shea’s work always reflects a commitment to functionality, beauty, and environmental responsibility.

Currently, Shea works as assistant designer for Verde Design Group, where she translates sketches into detailed designs and assists with project research. She also serves as the Ornamental Plant Manager at Mira Costa College, overseeing plant propagation and sales while designing engaging visual displays to promote sustainable gardening practices.

Outside of her landscape design work, Shea brings creativity to life through various artistic projects, such as her recent mural at the nursery she works at—transforming the space into something vibrant and inspiring for all who visit. She also has a passion for crafting with secondhand materials which highlights her commitment to reducing waste and promoting reuse, aligning with her core values of sustainability.

With expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop, and a passion for hands-on work with power tools and plant care, Shea continuously seeks opportunities to innovate, create, and drive change within her community.
